U & C SARREGUEMINES - STRASBOURG MODEL - 95-PIECE DINNER SERVICE SET in fine earthenware with a wavy rim, circa 1900, featuring an 18th-century Strasbourg-style decoration of polychrome flowers and insects, with a red combed rim - 57 dinner plates - D. 24.5 cm (two with a chip on the rim; almost all show slight mottling due to heat and/or humidity) - 24 soup plates - D. 24.5 cm, in very good condition - 1 pair of lidded vegetable bowls, with pomegranate-shaped lid knobs (the bodies are heavily mottled) - 1 sauceboat with attached saucer (mottled) - 4 small serving bowls (marbled) - 3 oblong serving dishes in two sizes, including one pair—L. 42 and 36 cm (marbled; one with a chip at the foot) - 1 fish platter - L. 58 cm (slightly marbled) - 3 round platters in two sizes, including one pair - D. 32 and 28 cm (marbled)
