ROMILLY in Paris Early 19th century First Empire silver watch. Round case on hinge, smooth back, fluted filament caseband. Polychrome enamel dial with effigies of the three emperors Napoleon for France, François for Austria and Alexandre for Russia, hour and minute indications in the center (hands missing). Movement with key winding, verge escapement, chased and pierced cock, spiral balance, setting disk, signature on plate.
