Freres MERMILLON Comp in Geneva Mid 18th century Silver watch with silver-plated chatelaine. Smooth outer case. Inner case with a paper representing the days and months of the calendar. Châtelaine decorated with Rococo motifs, two charms at the ends, all embossed and openworked. White enamel dial with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes, railroad minute track, signed. Movement with key winding, verge escapement, chased and pierced cock, spiral balance, spindle and chain, setting disk, signature on plate. Diam. 43 mm (watch) Length 18.5 cm (chatelaine) Sold as is, traces of wear visible throughout, case with dents and accidents, glass missing, movement not working, expect complete overhaul, no warranty.
