General Conditions of Sale by Public Auction
The Sale is made in cash and the purchasers will pay in addition to the biddings, per lot and without degressivity the following expenses:
30% VAT included for Voluntary Catalogued and Specialty Sales, 30% VAT included for Voluntary Period and Style Sales or 14.28% VAT included for Judicial Sales (specified for each lot).
The applicable VAT rate is 20%, except for books where it is 5.5%. VAT on expenses may be reimbursed within a maximum of one month upon presentation of supporting documents.
Payment must be made immediately after the sale, exclusively by bank transfer or credit card, depending on the amount and the country of origin of the card. Cash payments are limited according to the regulations in force.

the highest and last bidder will be the buyer subject to the auctioneer accepting the last bid and declaring the lot awarded.
the buyer will only become the owner of the item awarded once payment has

the event ofa double bid recognized by the auctioneer and noted in the minutes, the item will be put up for sale, with all bidders present, either live or by telephone, able to participate in the second
bidding.Collection of the items may be deferred until receipt of payment and certified payment. If you are an online bidder, you authorize the auctioneer to use your credit card information to proceed with the payment, in part or in full, of your purchases, including the costs to be borne by the buyer.

theexport or import of cultural goods may be subject to authorizations, which will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer

izations.Failure to obtain such authorizations, or delays in obtaining them, will not justify a request for cancellation of the sale.
Similarly, restrictions on the export of certain species will be the sole responsibility of the future buyer.

CONDITION OF THE LOTSThe
items presented at this auction are antique ceramics, collector's items sold
as is.The absence of any indication of restoration or accident in no way implies that the item is free of defects.
The auction house is at your disposal for any information and a condition report should be requested before bidding on this sale.
No postal delivery will be made for these ceramic lots. A specialized carrier will be required.
PURCHASE ORDERSThe
Auctioneers and Experts will execute, free of charge, purchase orders entrusted to them, in particular by amateurs unable to attend the sale. Purchase orders must be sent 24 hours in advance in order to be validated, provided that they are accompanied by all financial guarantees and proof of identity.

30-day storage tolerance will be observed after the sale. If the item is not collected within one year of the auction, it will be resold without reserve price, after deduction of the costs incurred for storage and safekeeping.
DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE:
Terms of payment are as follows:
- €1,000 in cash for French tax residents and professionals
- €15,000 in cash for non-professional tax residents
Means of payment accepted: Credit card and bank transfer
For technical reasons, no payment or delivery will be accepted after the sale. These will be made from Wednesday May 10th at the Etude, located at 31 Boulevard d'Alsace in Cannes from 9am.
Azur Enchères Cannes subscribes to the TEMIS service, which enables it to consult and update the auction access restrictions file ("Fichier TEMIS") operated by Commissaires-Priseurs Multimédia (CPM), a limited company with a management board, whose registered office is located at 37 rue de Châteaudun, 75009 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 437 868 425.
Any bidding slip that remains unpaid to Azur Enchères Cannes, or that has been subject to late payment, is liable to be registered in Azur Enchères Cannes' register.
