Set in gold 750, 585 and silver 800 thousandths, consisting of a pendant and a pair of articulated earrings with piriform decoration. They are set with beautifully colored pear-cut emeralds in a clawed closed setting, surrounded by a leafy frieze and topped with a ribbon tied to two hulls. Set with old-cut diamonds and diamond-cut roses. Probably English work from the second half of the 19th century, in the 18th-century style (alterations, slight wear, chips).
Weight of emeralds: approx. 7 cts each.
The pendant is accompanied by a GEM Paris certificate no. 20251978107 dated February 2025, attesting to the emerald's Colombian origin, modified by slight oil impregnation that does not appreciably affect the stone's appearance.
The earrings are accompanied by a GEM Paris certificate no. 20251978102 dated February 2025, attesting that the 2 emeralds, of Colombian origin, have been altered by slight oil impregnation in the case of one and moderate oil impregnation in the case of the other, without appreciably affecting the appearance of the stone.

Provenance l According to family tradition, this set was given by Queen VICTORIA (1819-1901) to Mathilde Spitalieri de Cessole (1836-1912) during one of her visits to Nice between 1895 and 1899, and later by descent.
