CHOCOLATIERE tripod in 950 Millièmes silver, Louis XVI period, decorated with fillet moldings and fluting. Fretel knob on swivel disc. Scroll thumb rest. Hinged lid. Straight turned wood handle. Body engraved with a leafy cartouche stamped with a Count's crown. Feet with cartouche attachment. Hallmarks: Paris 1780-1789. Goldsmith's hallmark illegible. Silver weight: 654 g H. 23.5 cm BE (scratches and dents)
