GAUDY in Paris Late 18th century Gold watch with polychrome enamel. Round hinged case, back entirely in polychrome enamel depicting a family scene. Enamel dial with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes, chemin de fer minute track, square winding mechanism. Movement with key winding, verge escapement, spiral balance, chased and pierced cock, spindle and chain, setting disk, signature on plate. Diameter 31.5 mm Gross weight 27.4 g Sold as is, glass missing, a few small dents visible in the enamel on the back, movement not working, need complete overhaul, no warranty. Expert | Geoffroy ADER
