INDOCHINA, circa 1930 Large rosewood and mother-of-pearl inlaid CABINET, opening on two sides. The rich decoration features a large central medallion depicting figures relaxing in a pavilion under a large longevity pine, and watching a carriage and an elephant pass by. Twelve other medallions featuring pavilions in landscapes surround the central decoration. The cornice, uprights and base of the cabinet are adorned with flowering branches.
