LEE (1903-1980) Leonard Pelham Lee (1903-1980) was an English industrialist from Coventry, owner of the company Coventry Climax founded in 1903 by his father Henry Pelham Lee (1877-1953) whom he succeeded in the late 1930s, specialized in the manufacture of various engines for automobiles including Morgan, Triumph, Standard and fire pump engines.
